Smaki, których nie zapomnę

Projekt polsko - gruziński to jedna z najwspanialszych wymian, w których do tej pory mogłam uczestniczyć. Pomimo tego, że minęło już trochę czasu od naszego spotkania, nadal bardzo tęsknię za przyjaciółmi ze wschodu, a w szczególności za samą Gruzją! Mogłabym opisać każdy dzień, każdą chwilę, każdy moment, ponieważ wszystko, co się działo w czasie naszych spotkań, było szczególne i wyjątkowe. Jednak napiszę o tym, co dla niektórych może się wydawać śmieszne, lecz dla mnie posiada dużą wartość –mianowicie o  kuchni gruzińskiej. Kiedy mój przyjaciel Przemek, dowiedział się, o czym zamierzam pisać, powiedział: "W sumie, pasuje do Ciebie!". Absolutnie się z nim zgadzam, i to nie dlatego, że kocham jeść, lecz z dwóch innych, równie ważnych powodów - mój mini projekt, który przygotowałam z Sarą, Beqą i Tornike, dotyczył jedzenia, poza tym uważam, że kuchnia, to bardzo ważny element kultury danego kraju. Śmiało mogę stwierdzić, że w gruzińskiej kuchni nie brakuje niczego, a zawdzięczamy to niezwykłemu klimatowi, który sprzyja uprawie wielu roślin. Potrawę, którą pamiętam najbardziej, to xachapuri (chaczapuri), czyli serowy chleb. Przepyszne ciasto z serem, którym mieliśmy okazję zajadać się codziennie. Gruzini łączą ten przysmak z wieloma potrawami, często jedząc go na śniadanie, czy kolację. Jest to jedna z potraw, którą można zjeść praktycznie zawsze – „Jeśli nie wiesz, co zjeść, zjedz xachapuri!”. Myślę, że ten właśnie przysmak pozostanie na długo w mej pamięci, nie dlatego, że pochłaniałam go ogromne ilości, lecz też z powodu mini projektu, w którym przyrządzaliśmy ten przysmak wraz z przyjaciółmi! Poza tym, podczas pobytu w Gruzji, poświęciliśmy pół dnia na gotowanie rozmaitych potraw, między innymi khachapuri, khinkali czy lavash. Najgłębsze wspomnienia, które zachowam z pobytu w Gruzji są związane nie tylko z przepyszną kuchnią, ale również ze wspaniałymi ludźmi, których nigdy nie zapomnę. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś odwiedzę ten przepiękny kraj, pełen niespodzianek. Do zobaczenia wkrótce Gruzjo :) Smacznego!

The flavors that I will never forget

Polish - Georgian project is one of the most amazing exchanges I have ever participated. Despite the fact that it's been month since the project finished, I still miss my friends from east, especially I miss Georgia! I could write about every day and every moment because everything what happened during this meeting was special. But I will write about something what seems to be funny for some of people, but for me it has huge value - Georgian cousine. When my friend Przemek got know what I am going to write he said: "Actually, it's perfect topic for you!". I totally agree with him and not because of the fact that I love eating but because of two others, also important reasons: my small project  which I prepared with Sara, Beqa and Tornike. It was associated with food. Furthermore, I think that cousine is very important element of the culture. Definetely, I can admit, that nothing is missing in Georgian cousine, and we are owing it amazing climate which is profitable for cultivation. The meal which I mostly remember is khachapuri - cheese bread. We had an occasion to eat this delicious thing everyday. Georgian people add khachapuri with many dishes, often eating it for breakfast or supper. Actually, it's one of the meals which you can eat whenever you want - if you don't know what to eat, then eat khachapuri! In my opinion, this dish will be in my mind for a long time, not because of the fact that I ate huge amounts of it, but also thanks to "Cooking Day" in Poland while we were preparing this meal with polish friends! Otherwise, during visit in Georgia, we took half a day for cooking various meals, especially khachapuri, khinkali or lavash. My deepest memories which I will keep in my heart for ever aren't associated with tasty cousine only , but mostly with wonderful people which I will never forget! I really hope that one day I will visit this astonishing, full of surprises country. Georgia! See you soon! Bon appétit!

To tylko początek

Projekt gruzińsko-polski był dla mnie wartościowym doświadczeniem. Poznałam niesamowitych ludzi i odkryłam nową kulturę. Nasze zaangażowanie i integracja doprowadziły do nawiązania dialogu międzykulturowego. Udało nam się przełamać stereotypy i bariery językowe. Stworzyliśmy zgraną i zżytą grupę. Podczas pobytu w Gruzji, każdy Polak mógł zaznać gościnności, dzięki której mogliśmy obserwować codzienne życie gruzińskiej rodziny. Próbowaliśmy tradycyjnego jedzenia i uczestniczyliśmy w rodzinnych uroczystościach. W czasie wymiany mogliśmy stać się członkami naszych nowych rodzin i myślę, że to sprawiło, że projekt polsko-gruziński stał się dla mnie wyjątkowy. Jestem dumna z tego, że wzięłam udział w tym projekcie. Mam nadzieję, że nasza wspólna praca w przyszłości zaowocuje kolejnymi działaniami.

This is just the beginning

Georgian-Polish project was a valuable experience for me. I met amazing people and
I discovered a new culture. Our commitment and integration led to the establishment of intercultural dialogue. We managed to break the stereotypes and language barriers. We have created a harmonious and close-knit group. During our visit in Georgia, every Pole could experience the real hospitality which we could observe the daily life of the Georgian family. We tasted the traditional food and we took part in the families celebrations. During this project I have became a member of my new family, and I think it made the Polish-Georgian project became special to me. I am proud that I took part in this project. I hope that our common work in the future will result in further actions.

Łzy przyjaźni

Ten wspaniały projekt  pozostanie w mojej pamięci na bardzo długo, o ile nie na zawsze. Świetna sprawa! Najbardziej zaskoczyła mnie  gościnność gruzińskiej społeczności. Oczywiście domyślałam się, że będzie miło, ale nie, że aż tak. Gospodarze traktowali nas jak ważne osobistości, a przecież jesteśmy tylko zwykłymi młodymi ludźmi. Świetne jedzenie, warunki mieszkalne na medal, cudowna mentalność - brak słów. Najbardziej poruszyło mnie, kiedy podczas ewaluacji rozmawialiśmy całą grupą o projekcie.  Pojawiły się łzy. Nie były one wymuszone czy na pokaz, ale autentyczne. Płakały zarówno  grupa polska, jak i gruzińska. Podziękowaniom i zachwytom nie było końca. Nie da się opisać tego słowami. Utwierdziło mnie to tylko w tym, jak bardzo zżyliśmy się ze sobą i jak bardzo się polubiliśmy.  Chętnie bym wróciła do tego cudownego kraju, gdzie czas biegnie wolniej. Nikt się nie śpieszy i nie ma wyścigu szczurów. Do kraju, gdzie jedynie trzeba się pośpieszyć przechodząc przez ulicę, by nie rozjechał nas samochód.

Tears of friendship

This wonderful project will remain in my memory for a very long time, if not forever. Great deal! The most surprised me of Georgian hospitality. Of course, guessed it would be nice, but not that much. The hosts treated us to some important persons and we are just ordinary young people. Great food, living conditions for the medal, the wonderful mentality - no words. Most moved me time of the evaluation while the group were talking about the project. There were tears. They were not forced and for show, but authentic. Cried a group of both the Polish and Georgian.  There was no end of delights. You can not describe it in words. Reassured me just how much we were close each other and how much we liked together. I'd love to come back to this wonderful country, where time runs slower. Nobody was in a hurry and there is no rat race. To a country where you have to hurry just crossing the street to avoid a car rolled over.

პოლონელე თანატოლებთან ერთად ჩატარებული ტრენინგებით,ურთიერთობით,საუბრით,დებატებით ვფიქრობ უფრო კომუნიკაბელური გავხდი.მათთან ურთიერთობა საკმაოდ საინტერესო აღმოჩნდა,გასართობი,სპორტული ღონისძიებების დროს მათი მხიარული ხასიათი ყველასთვის გადამდები იყო. შევიტყვე არაერთი საინტერესო ინფორმაცია პოლონელი ხალხის შესახებ, გავიგე მათი საკმაოდ რთული ისტორიული წარსულის  დეტალები. იმედი მაქვს ,რომ ახლო მომავალში ისევ შევხვდები მათ,თუმცა სოციალური ქსელებით კვლავ ვაგრძელებთ მეგობრობას.

I think with Polish peers,with their relationship, I became more sociable.During sports activites thier cheerful mood was contagious to everyone.It was very interesting.I learned lots of interesting information about Polish people.I learned that they had hard history in the past.I hope that I will meet them again in near future,but I will continue friendship with social networks.

პოლონელბთან ერთად მუშაობის დროს ვისწავლე ჯგუფთან მუშაობა, გავეცანი მათ ღირებულებებს. შევიძინე ახალი მეგობრები, ასევე ვისწავლე რამდენიმე სიტყვა პოლონურად. ეს დღეები არასოდეს დამავიწყდება და ვისურვებდი რომ კიდევ ბევჯერ განმეორდეს.

While working with Polish group I learned working with group. I introduced to their values. I Introduce new friends ,too. I learned a few words in Polish. These days I will never forget. I would like to be these days once again.

ამ პროექტის მეშვეობით  დიდი გამოცდილება მივიღე , ვისწავლე ოქსფორდის სტილის დებატები, გავაკეთეთ პროექტები სხვა და სხვა აქტივობები ,ვითამაშეთ ფეხბურთი და ძალიან დავახლოვდით არამარტო  ჩვენს პოლონელ არამედ ქართველელ თანატოლებთან. ჩემში ამ დღეებმა დიდი შთაბეჭდილებები დატოვა და ძალიან მწყდა გული რომ მხოლოდ შვიდი დღის განმავლობაში ვუმსაპინძლეთ პოლონელ თანატოლებს. თუმცა, იმედს არ ვკარგავ რომ ისევ ჩამოვლენ ჩვენთან და ისე ლამაზად გაგრძელდება ჩვენი ურთიერთობა, როგორც დაიწყო.

Through this project I got a lot of experience. Studied debate of Oxford style. We have done other projects and activities. We played football and we get more near with them. With these days I have a very big impression and I am sad because seven days went fast. However, I hope they will come again, we will continue our relationship with Polish peers, so beautiful like it begun.

ყველაზე მეტად რამაც გამაკვირვა და ამასთანავე ძალიან მომეწონა ეს იყო პოლონელების დამოკიდებულება ქართველებისადმი.ისინი ისე იქცეოდნენ როგორც ქართველები, ყველაფერს დიდი ინტერესით უსმენდნენ და უყურებდნენ.

უნდა აღინიშნოს რომ ისე დავახლოვდით როდესაც ერთმანეთთან დამშვიდობების დრო მოვიდა ყველა ვტიროდით.

მინდა გითხრათ,რომ ჩვენი ურთიერთობა ამით არ  დამთავრდება.მართალია  ჩვენ ერთმანეთს რამდენიმე ათასი კილომეტრი გვაშორებს,სოციალურ ქსელში ხშირად ვეკონტაქტებით.ძალიან მოხარული ვიქნები, თუ მსაგავსი პროექტები განხორციელდება და საშუალება მოგვეცემა ჩავებათ მათში.

Most of which surprised and I liked it was Polish attitude towards Georgians’ listened and watch them with great interest and they too. It should be note that we have communication with them very good like that, when it was time to they had to go back at homeland we all cried. I want to tell you that our relationships will not be finished never. Though we are several thousand kilometers separate us, but we will connecting them with social networks. I will be very pleased if i implemented similar projects and possibilities involved in them.

სოფო პაპიტაშვილი:

პოლონელ ბავშვებთან ერთად გატარებული დღეები სასიამოვნოდ აღიბეჭდა  ჩემს მეხსიერებაში.გუნდურმა მუშაობამ და ერთიანობამ მასწავლა სხვებთან ერთად მუშაობა, გავხდი უფრო კომუნიკაბელური. საიამოვნოდ გაკვირვებული დავრჩი როცა,საქართველოს და პოლონეთის ისტორიას შორის პარალელები გაივლო.

ძალიან მომეწონა საინტერესო თემებით დატვირთული დისკუსიები. დავინახე პოლონელების სითბო ჩვენს მიმართ და იმდენად დავუახლოვდით ერთმანეთს,რომ მათმა სამშობლოში დაბრუნებამ  ბევრი ჩვენგანი აატირა.

თამამად შემიძლია  ვთქვა,რომ ამ პროექტმა სხვა ეროვნების ადამიანების სიყვარული მასწავლა.დიდი სიამოვნებით მივიღებ მონაწილლეობას მსგავს პროექტებში და იმედი მაქვს, რომ მრავალჯერ განხორციელდება.

Days spent with Polish children is pleasant saved in my memory. Team works and unity of afford learned me how to work with others, I became more sociable. I was nice surprised when it passed discussions. Saw Poles warmth with us. I can say free that this project has taught me love people of other nationalities. I will take great pleasure if similar projects will implemented.

მე და სარა ვიყავით ერთ ჯგუფში, გადავწყვიტეთ რომ ჩვენი პროექტი იქნებოდა ქართულ სამზარეულოზე, მე სარას გავუგზავნე ერთ-ერთი ქართული კერძის რეცეპტი, და მას უნდა ეცადა მისი გაკეთება. დამატებით, სარას უნდა გადაეღო ამ კერძის მომზადების ვიდეო, ეს იყო ერთ-ერთი ჩვენი პროქტის საუკეთესო მხარე. სარამ გააკეთა ქართული ხაჭაპური თავის მეგობრებთან ერთად. პროექტის პრეზენტაციის დროს ჩვენ გვანახა გადაღებული ვიდეო, ეს ძალიან სახალისო იყო, და გამოჩნდა რომ სარამ მართლა შესძლო ქართული ხაჭაპურის გაკეთება. მე ვფიქრობ ჩვენ გავაგრძელებთ ამ პროექტს, მე გავუგზავნი რეცეპტებს სარას, ის კი უკვე მიეჩვევა ქართული კერძების მომზადებას. ამჯერად, მეც ვეცდები გავაკეთო რაიმე პოლონური საჭმელი, ეს ჩვენთვის როგორც სახალისო ასევე ძალიან საინტერესოა

Me and Sara were in one group, we decided that our project would be about Georgian Meals, so i had to send to Sara the recipe of one Georgian meal and she should have tried to make it, additionally, to record the making process on a video. it was our projects best part. So Sara made Georgian Khachapuri with her friends, At the project presentation we saw the Khachapuri making video, and it was very funny, and seemed that Sara had made a real Georgian Tasty Khachapuri. I think we will continue our project, i will send recipes to her and she will get used to making Georgian meals. At this time, i will try to make some Polish meal also, That will be interesting and funny also.

შოთა ცაციაშვილი

მე და მარტამ  მოვამზადეთ პრეზენტაცია ჩვენი ქალაქის შესახებ.  ავირჩიეთ ერთი დიდი და ერთი პატარა ქალაქი და შევადარეთ ისინი ერთმანეთს. პოლონეთიდან ავიღეთ მურანოვა გოშლინა და პოზნანი, საქართველოდან: გორი და თბილისი.

ვისაუბრეთ განსხვავებებზე და მსგავსებებზე და ღირსშესანიშნავი ადგილები მოვინახულეთ. ჩვენ არამარტო გავაკეთეთ ამ პროექტის პრეზენტაცია არამედ ნამდვილად მოვინახულეთ თითიეული ადგილი პოლონეთსა და საქართველოში, რომელიც ძალიან საინტერესო იყო და სასიამოვნო იყო რადგან ჩვენ შევიტყვეთ მეტი ამ ქალაქების შესახებ.

Marta and me did a presentation of two of our cities from our Countries. We chose one big and one small city and compared them to each other. From Poland it was Murowana Goslina and Poznan  and Gori and Tbilisi from Georgia.  We talk about differences and similarities and cultural places to visit. And the main ideas was that we actually explored each aria in Poland and in Georgia which was very interesting and enjoying.

ჩემთვის ამ ტრენინგში მონაწილეობა იყო ძალიან საინტერესო ალბათ გამომდინარე იქიდან რომ პირველად მქონდა ურთიერთობა პოლონელბთან. ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვარ  გავეცანი პოლონურ კულტურას, მათ შეხედულებებს სხვადასხვა მნიშვნელოვან თემებზე. ჯგუფური მუშაობის დროს ვიყავით თანაბრად ჩართულები აქტივობებში. ასევე ეს პროექტი დამეხმარა ჩემი ინგლისური დონე უფრო გამეღრმავებინა.ძალიან საინტერესო იყო  დებატების სტუქტურა და მისი პარქტიკულად განხორციელება. მაქვს სურვილი კვლავ მივიღო მონაწილეობა მსგავსი ტიპის პროექტში.

For me participate this project was very interesting because I had first possibility to meet Polish people. I am very satisfied ,introduce polish culture ,their opinion about different topics and important things. When was team work we were done all tasks together. Also this project help me to improve my English language skill. For me debate structure and practical exercises was very interesting and productive. I have wish to participate same type project.

2012 წლის 4 ნოემბერს პროექტ ,, VIP leadership”- ის ფარგლებში ჩატარდა საფეხბურთ შეჯიბრი გორში. აღნიშნული ღონისძიებით შევუერთდით   ,,რასიზმისა და ანტისემიტიზმის წინააღმდეგ  ბრძოლის’’   საერთაშორის დღეს. შეჯიბრში მონაწილეობას  მიიღეს  ქართულმა და პოლონურმა გუნდებმა. მათ შორის იყო გორის საფეხბურთო კლუბი ,,დილა“.

გამომდინარე იქიდან, რომ პროექტს ქონდა დიდი სიმბოლური დატვირთა მონაწილეები დიდი ენთუზიაზმით ჩაერთვნენ . აღნიშნული ღონისძიება დაიგეგმა ქართული  და პოლონური მხარის ერთობლივი მუშაობის და ინიციატივის შედეგად.

In project my partner was Patricia ,we decided to make football game as youth against anti racism . There was competition in football in Gori (4^th November ,2012). With the help of the project we joined international anti-racism day. Participants of this activates were Georgian and polish teams, among them was football club ,, dila”.

They were motivated and did their best for triumph. This project was plant by Georgian and polish people.

სოფო  მამაცაშვილი  და ციცი ღოღაძე

2012  წლის ივლისი ქართველების 10 კაციანი ჯგუფი ვიყავით პოლონეთის  გაცვლითი პროგრამით,სადაც სხვადასხვა საინტერესო აქტივობებთან ერთად  შერჩეულმა წყვილებმა დავწერეთ პროექტები ,რომლებზეც მთელი 4 თვე ვმუშაობდით. ქართველები გორში,ხოლო პოლონელები-მუროვანა-გოშლინაში. ჩემს პოლონელ მეწყვილეს ალისიას მისი ჯგუფის წევრი იანეკი და ქართველების ჯგუფის წევრი ციცი შეუერთდნენ და ოთხკაციანი ჯგუფით შევუდექით აქტივობას.ყველა ძალიან დიდი პასუხიმგელბლობით მოეკიდა პროექტს,რომელიც საქველმოქმედო აქციაში გადაიზარდა....იგი მოიცავდა შიდა ქართლის საოჯახო ტიპის ბავშვთა სახლის დახმარებას სხვადასხვა  ნივთებით. ყველაზე საინტერესო პროექტის  მომზადების დროს ის იყო, რომ ყველას თავისი ფუნქცია ჰქონდა განაწილებული.პოლონელები საკუთარ ქალაქში აგროვებდნენ  სათამაშოებს,სამოსს,საკანცელარიო ნივთებს რომლებიც შემდეგ საქართველოში ჩამოიტანეს,მათ წერილიც კი გამოატანეს გორელი ბავშვების გულის გასახარად.....ამასობაში მე და ციციმ სოციალურ ქსელ facebook-ზე გავაკეთეთ სპეციალური გვერდი, რომლის მეშვეობითაც  მეტ ადამიანს მივაწვდინეთ ხმა ამ აქციასთან დაკავშირებით. მას შემდეგ კიდევ ბევრი გვეხმიანება,აგროვებენ საჭირო ნივთებს და მათი დახმარებით  ჩვენც პერიოდულად ვთანამშრომლობთ  ბავშვთასახლთან.....როდესაც პოლონელების ჯგუფი გორში ჩამოვიდა  ქართველების ჯგუფი მხარდამჭერ ჯგუფთან ერთად  და ჩვენს სტუმრებთან ერთად  წავედით დაგეგმილ ადგილას,მივუტანეთ ყველაფერი ,რაც შეგროვილი გვქონდა პოლონეთიდან გამოგზავნილი, თუ ქართველების მიერ გადანახული.მართლაც ულამაზესი დღე იყო,ძალიან თბილი ბავშვები დაგვხვდნენ ,ერთმანეთს კარგად შევეწყვეთ და გადავწყვიტეთ გვეთანამშროლმა  მომავალშიც.ბავშვებს შორის ყველაზე დიდი 16 წლის ბელა,საკმაოდ ნიჭიერი პიროვნება აღმოჩნდა,იგი ძალიან კარგ ლექსებს წერს.

On July in 2012 our Georgian group which were over 10 people we were in Poland by the exchange program, we have been working on some projects which lasted 4 month: Georgian in Gori and poles in Murovana-Goslinas and also we participated in some integrative activities. Janek and our Georgian group member Cici joined my Poland partner and with 4 member group we started working. Everybody worked hard , with great responsibility and this project became charity which include helping of family-style Children’s homes in Shida Qartly. The most interesting part of the project was that everybody has it’ s own work: Poles were collecting some toys in their own town also some clothes, stationary which next was brought in Georgia Poles even sent a letter for making Georgian people happy…At this time Cici and I made page on the facebook about this program and more people notice this project, by that time we have contact with a lot of people who were collecting necessary things and with their help we have contact with Children’s Homes. When the Poles group came to Gori our Georgian group with the guests went to the planned place, we gave children all the things we collect and the Poles gave to us too…As for me it was wonderful day, we get on with this children very well they were very friendly and so we decided to continue having contact with them..Among the children we notice 16-year-old Bela who is very talented girl, she writes poems and she is also a good actress, who by winning the competition even was in France. I think that It’s the greatest project because by the time of the meeting children were excited seeing the presents and with this attention. The project lasts nowadays too, the next meeting will be when we all collect the things for them, it’s charity and all over the world I think that there would be some people who will help this children with great pleasure .

როდესაც  გავიგე რომ ჩვენთან საქართველოში ჩამოდიოდნენ პოლონეთიდან ბავშვები მოლოდინები დიდი მქონდა. როდესაც ჩამოვიდნენ მოლოდინები გაამართლეს და ადვილად შემოვიდნენ კონტაქტში.ისინი იყვნენ ძალიან მხიარულები და ასევე მეგობრულები. გვიწევდა ჯგუფური მუშაობა სხვა და სხვა აქტივობებში. ვითამშეთ ფეხბურთი გოგოებმა და ბიჭებმა, მოვხატეთ კედელი და ავაწყეთ ქვებით პოლონეთის დროშა და ეს  ყველაფერი ძალიან სახალისო და საინტერესო იყო. ამ აქტოვობების დროს ბევრი საერთო აღმოვაჩინეთ ჩვენ შორის. ასევე გვქონდა ექსკურსია უფლისციხეში და ატენში, გავაცანით ჩვენი ეკლესიების წარსული და ისტორია. მოვინახულეთ ნიქოზის ეკლესია და დავესწარით აგრეთვე ჩრდილების თეატრს რომელსაც იქ მაცხოვრებელი ბავშვები  ასრულებდნე  .დღის ბოლოს ფხვენისში ძალიან სახალისო აქტივობა გველოდებოდა. პოლონელმა მონაწილეებმა გაამზადეს ქართული ტრადიციული კერძები ჩვენი დახმარებით. პროცესი ძალიან სახალისო და სასიამოვნო იყო. გარდა ამ ქტივობებისა აგერეთვე გვქონდა გამოკითხვა ქუჩაში თუ რა არის დემოკრატია და მისი არსი ხალხისთვის. შემდეგ ამ მონაცემებზე დაყრდნობით გავაკეთეთ ოქსფორდის სტილის დებატები და ძალიან საინტერესო იყო. ამ შვიდი  დღის განმავლობაში ძალიან დიდი გამოცდილება მივიღე.დიდი სურვილი მაქვს კიდევ გვესტუმროს ეს ჯგუფი საქართველოში.

I had big expectation when visited polish group and I can say that this expectation gamartlda. I liked very much polish group, they were so open minded and easily integrated with Georgian participants. We had many activity where we work as team together Georgian and polish participants. We played football girls and boys, then painted wall. Also we built polish flag with white and red stones, the work process was very funny and also result was very nice. Beside of this activity we had excursion many interesting place. We were in Nikozi village and attend shadow theatre .I very liked activity when polish participant cooked Georgian food. Also we had street interview in street what mean democracy for people and then we had oxford style debate. I learn a lot from this project ,improve my English skill. These seven day was for me very useful and interesting and I hope this Polish participant again visit us , in short time I loved they very much

ამ პროექტის ფარგლებში მე დ მარტამ გადავწყვიტეთ გაგვეცვალა ჩვენი ეროვნული საჭმელების რეცეპტები, მე ვასწავლე მარტას თუ როგორ უნდა მოემზადებინს ხაჭაპური.მარტამ ეს გააკეთა თავის მეგობრებთან ერთად და გააკეთეს თან ვიდეო ჩანაწერი.სახალისოსთან ერთად საინტერესოც იყო თუ როგორ შეგვიძლია ვისწავლოდ სხვა და სხვა ქვეყნების ტარდიციული საჭმელების მომზადება.

In my small group with my partner, Me and Marta made a project about '' International cooking ''. Both of us tried to make some national dish , with his or her friends , and then record the video for presentation and to share his or her experience what was the most interesting part during this activity . It was really funny and interesting also to learn how to make different country’s meal.

ეს პროექტი ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანი იყო ჩემთვის, ამ პროექტის  საშუალებით  გავიღრმავე ცოდნა  მრავალი კუთხით: როგორი უნდა იყოს ლიდერი, დემოკრატია და ახალგაზრდების როლი დემოკრატიაში, ოქსფორდის სტილის დებატები და მისი სტრუქტურა. ასევე იყო ბევრი ისეთი აქტივობა  რამაც ხელი შეუწყო ქართველების და პოლონელების  უფრო  ახლოს გაცნობას და ბევრი საეთრთო  ღირებულებების აღმოჩენას. პროექტის  ფარგლებში გვქონდა მინი პროექტები წყვილებში, ჩემი მეწყვილე იყო დიმიტრ ნოვაკი, ჩვენი პროექტის მიზანი იყო გაგვეკთებინა სურათებით  შედარებითი კოლაჟი   თუ როგორ შეიცვალა ვიზუალურად ბოლო 5 წლის განმავლობაში ეს ქალაქები და ასევე გაგვეკეთებინა რამდენიმე ინტერვიუ მოქალქეებში თუ რატომ მიდის ხალხი საზღვარგარეთ. დიმიტრი პროფესიით არქიტექტორია და მისთვის ამ თემაზე მუშაობა ორმაგად სასიამოვნო იყო , ჩემთვის ეს ახალი თემა იყო და ძალიან მომეწონა, მუშაობის პროცესში ,სურათების გადაღებაში და ინტერვიუს პროცესში ჩართულები იყვნენ ჩვენი ორგანიზაციის მხარდჭერის ჯგუფის წევრები აქტიურად. ვფიქრობ ორივე მხარისთვის საინტერესო პროექტი შედგა.

This project is very important for me. It will deepen the knowledge of many issues: How should be the leader, Democracy and the role of youth in democracy, Oxford-style debate and its structure. There was also a lot of activity that contributed to support integrate Polish and Georgian youth and found a lot of common values. Framework of the project in pair we had small project , my partner was Dymitr Nowak, our goal of the project was to do picture relative to how visually has changed in the last 5 years in our town and also done a number of interviews with citizens why people go abroad. Dymitr is architect by profession and for him this project was double interesting, for me it was new activity but very interesting. In work process to take photographs and done interview, our, group of support “member were actively involved. I think that this project was interesting for both sides.
